What is Selfology
Selfology is a personal and group learning programme that places the power of psychology and therapeutic practice in the hands of individuals and communities.
Selfology is supporting a growing community of young people, practitioners, schools and organisations to adopt a truly holistic model that supports ongoing personal and collective wellbeing.
Our mission is to develop a global network of community sanctuaries that promote self awareness, human connection and new ways of being and belonging in the modern world.
Developed over 4 years with young people, professionals, schools and organisations, Selfology provides a hopeful new model that aims to support the development of individual and social consciousness through self directed programmes, training and community connection.

Alex Henderson, Deputy Head, Six21
Selfology has provided an incredible opportunity for self guided development of wellbeing skills.
This course for me had a role aimed at finding heroes within ourselves and giving us the push to start living our true potential.
The course builds lifelong skills for self awareness and tools that develop positive approaches to wellbeing that every student (and adult!) will find useful.
I liked learning about well-being in a more realistic and applicable way.
This is way better because it makes it a lot easier to apply the things I learnt to my lifestyle.
Ben Webster, Deputy Head, London Academy of Excellence
I would highly recommend that schools participate in this unique and proven wellbeing intervention.

Students are able to follow it at their own pace and it opens their eyes to new ways of thinking about mental health and self-care.
